I called the shop on Dec. 16 to see if they could get me in within the next few days to put my snow tires on. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could come in that day in 45 min. I inquired how much this service would cost. Usually my son swaps tires for me, but he was not available for a while. When I was told it would be $60, I told the nice gentleman on the phone that was a bit too much for me and I would wait for my son. The gentleman then asked what I thought was a fair price. I had no idea so i didn't want to give an answer. The gentleman then said "it's Christmas, we want to work with you". I was then quoted a price that I felt was reasonable. Everyone at the shop was very friendly. I was talking with the owner for a few minutes, and he was very personable and friendly. I believe this is a business you can trust, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Wilmington Autoplex....great people!

I’ve been to a lot of shops.. and these guys took care of me right away and got me right in and right out. Nothing but a bunch of hardworking respectful group of people and I’m happy I took my van in here. The prices are very reasonable as well. If you’re in the area and need any work done on your vehicle, do yourself a favor and bring it to their shop. 👍🏻

I could not recommend this place enough! We moved into the area not too long ago & had a minor emergency with the tires on my vehicle. With 5 star ratings and being so close to home, my vehicle landed in their parking lot on a Sunday afternoon. Monday morning I showed up & they immediately ordered what was needed & had my vehicle ready to drive in no time! Not only were they efficient, they were KIND, professional, personable, and REASONABLE on my pockets!!!! Everyone needs a good set of mechanics in life, & I’ve definitely found mine 🙌🏻 Thanks so much Scott & crew!
