Excellent Friendly Service : I have a 67 Caprice with a 396. I have Cragar Wheels and needed the Center Cap put on ( just take off the wheel, put on the Center Cap & put the tire on ). Just a 5 minute Job. I went to 2 other repair shops in Wilmington and both said they could not do it today. WILMINGTON AUTOPLEX did it for FREE. I did Tip them. The that's OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I called the shop on Dec. 16 to see if they could get me in within the next few days to put my snow tires on. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could come in that day in 45 min. I inquired how much this service would cost. Usually my son swaps tires for me, but he was not available for a while. When I was told it would be $60, I told the nice gentleman on the phone that was a bit too much for me and I would wait for my son. The gentleman then asked what I thought was a fair price. I had no idea so i didn't want to give an answer. The gentleman then said "it's Christmas, we want to work with you". I was then quoted a price that I felt was reasonable. Everyone at the shop was very friendly. I was talking with the owner for a few minutes, and he was very personable and friendly. I believe this is a business you can trust, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Wilmington Autoplex....great people!
